Litmus Live Updates FAQ

Hello there

We know that people will have questions around the Litmus Live event platform. Check out the following frequently asked questions (FAQs). And if you still have questions, please reach out—we’re happy to help!

How Do I Navigate to the Platform?

To get started, click “Login” You will be prompted to login with your email that you registered with. Once logged on, add your photo and information in the Virtual Business Card and click “Save & Continue.”

  1. You are now in the Lobby. Here you will have access to all the event tabs listed at the top of the page, including Agenda, On Demand Sessions, Speakers, Networking Lounge and Sponsor Expo.
  2. Sessions are accessible on the Agenda. When a Session is live or happening, you will see a “Live/Join Now” button on the agenda. Click on this button to enter the live session. During live sessions chat and other engagement features will be available.
  3. Networking. Upon clicking the Networking Lounge tab, you will be brought to the Networking Lounge. Here you can engage virtually with other attendees.
    1. People – View the attendee directory, direct message, video chat, and exchange virtual business cards with other attendees.
    2. Chat – Engage with other attendees in real time by participating in the chat rooms.
    3. Gamification/Leaderboard –Earn points by actively participating and interacting within the platform throughout the event. View the Leaderboard to see who is leading in points. Winners will be selected at the completion of the meeting to receive prizes.
    4. Litmus Now – Share your experience on social media using #LitmusLive2021 and see what everyone else has shared.
    5. Round Tables – Want to connect with other Litmus customers and the Litmus team? Here’s your chance! Come talk shop or just grab a cup of coffee and hang. Tuesday at 11:00 AM join the Customer Hang Out and Wednesday at 11:30 Am join the Info Session for Customer Research: Share your feedback.

What is the recommended browser and device for the event platform?

An up-to-date version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or Opera are all compatible with the event platform. Do not use Internet Explorer. Keeping a limited number of tabs open also helps!

The event platform is accessible on all devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile phones, provided you are using the most up-to-date version of your internet browser. We highly recommend using your laptop for the optimal experience.

What are the system requirements within the event platform?

Many technical issues stem from failing to meet system or hardware requirements, so please review these requirements before logging into a live session or if you have a technical problem, use the Tech Support feature on the top Navigation Bar and we will be ready to help you.
Operating System: The event platform requires the latest versions of your chosen operating system, including: Windows XP, Vista, 7* or later, Mac OS X 10.6 or later, or Linux: RHEL 5.6 or later, openSUSE 11.3 or later, or Ubuntu 10.04 or later. Check your operating system here.

Who can I contact if I’m having technical difficulties during the meeting?

Where do I view the Agenda to see what’s happening throughout the event?

Click on the Agenda tab on the top Navigation Bar to see what’s taking place. You can also view the speaker information on this page.

How do I enter a Session?

Click on the Agenda tab on the top navigation bar. When your desired session is live, you can enter by clicking the “Live/Join Now” button.

How do I connect with other attendees?

Click on Networking Lounge in the top navigation bar,
Within the People section on this page, you can view the attendee directory and direct message or video chat with other attendees.
Within the Networking Center there are Chat Rooms where you can chat with other attendees.

I missed a session. Is there a way I can catch it on demand?

Attendees can check out all sessions at their own convenience in the video on-demand gallery which will be available starting Friday October 29, 2021. Sessions will be available on demand through the end of the year.
