The snowy challenge
All the resorts send daily Snow Report emails to encourage folks to hit the slopes. They also keep email engagement high and increase ancillary spending on the mountains.
Each resort was using advanced personalization directly in their ESP. It worked well, but it was a time-consuming process that wasn’t sustainable long-term.
