What do subscribers want? Who’s opening our emails? How should we be designing our campaigns and can we use the latest coding techniques?
Perhaps, most importantly, are our campaigns performing as well as they should? Are we getting the returns we want on our email marketing investment?
More often than not, the answer to nearly all of these questions can be found in our email analytics. But how much can we really learn from email metrics? And are we asking ourselves the right questions to begin with?
